Tom Anderson Conservative Councillor for Upton.

Tom Anderson was elected as the Conservative Councillor for Upton and Woodchurch in May 2008.

Tom has lived on Wirral all his life and is currently studying at Liverpool University. Along with Esther McVey, he is one of the key members of the Upton and Woodchurch Conservative Action Team.

Tom sympathises with people who feel disillusioned and isolated from politics. As a younger person, Tom seeks to encourage young people to engage themselves in politics and hopes that by standing himself he can be an advocate for them as well. He is particularly interested in education, environment, youth unemployment and tackling Anti Social Behaviour. Tom listens to the views of all local people and pledges to put community first before party politics
