The Ward is bounded by the M53, the Moreton Spur, Upton By-Pass, Arrowe Park Road and Woodchurch Road. It encompasses all of Upton Village and the Woodchurch estate.

The Ward has a very active Conservative Action Group led by Cllr Tom Anderson, who was elected in May 2008. The team’s objective is to make the Ward a better and safer place to live. Community before politics is their belief and their actions make this clear.

The Ward welcomes new members to share their campaign to make Upton and Woodchurch better places to live in and to take part in their social events.
